Cortello Salon strives to provide an above and beyond experience. In order to accomplish this goal, we ask that you please adhere to our policies.
Scheduling: Walk-in customers are always welcome! However, we recommend that you call ahead to avoid a waiting period. In addition, some services and treatments require an appointment.
Late Arrivals and Cancellations: Appointments beginning more than 15 minutes late will be rescheduled. Please call ahead and provide an estimated time of arrival.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: A minimum of 24-hour advance notice is requested for any cancellation or rescheduling of services. Credit Card or Cortello Gift Card is required to reserve appointments valued at $100 and greater. Failure to cancel with proper notice will result in charges to the reserved card. Certain services requiring more advanced notice will follow the guidelines in the contract signed at booking.
No Shows: Missed appointment time blocks cannot be filled without prior notice. As a courtesy to our team members and our clients, please call ahead to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Without prior notice, no-show fees may apply and will be charged to credit card or gift card.
Confirmations: Cortello Salon typically provides a courtesy confirmation two to three business days prior to an appointment in the form of a phone call, email or text message. However, if you do not receive a confirmation, please understand it is still your responsibility to show up for an appointment.
Children: Heating appliances, sharp objects, and hazardous chemicals present a danger to unattended children. Children under the age of 12 scheduled for an appointment must have a parent or guardian present during services. We request that children do not accompany adults receiving services.
Gratuity: While greatly appreciated, gratuity is not required for our stylists or assistants. However, on location parties of 4 or larger will be charged an 18% gratuity.
Forms of Payment: We accepted cash and all major credit/debit cards, including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Sorry, no checks.
Quotes: Estimates provided by receptionists prior to appointment are subject to change. Prices varies depending on the service provider, coloring technique, amount of time, length of hair, and amount of product used to create the desired effect. Color service estimates will be provided by your service provider following the consultation. We recommend first time guests and guests seeking dramatic changes, book a complimentary 15 min consultation prior to booking.
Corrective Color and Dramatic changes: Corrective color refers to any dramatic color change or color balancing. Corrective color and dramatic color changes require specific times and multiple appointments to achieve desired long lasting results. Please schedule a complimentary consultation prior to booking a service to determine the time and appointments necessary.
Products: We will exchange any product returned within two weeks of purchase. Any brushes, makeup or tools may be returned within two weeks only if unused and in new condition.
Gift Cards:No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Cards may be transferred to another recipient or used for the specified value at any Salon, Spa or Studio. Card must be presented for redemption.
Client satisfaction: We will gladly adjust any service you receive within two weeks of the original visit with the original service provider. Please call as soon possible to reschedule.
